One Day

One day the flame-red sun wont rise, nor the yellowy moon arc the sky; and one day as stars cease their sparkle the galaxies fade from on high. One day the clearwater rivers wont run and the hills horizontal will be; and one day the oceans dehydrate, as witnessed by me, not only by me.

As day fails to dawn, the quiet is loud, muted calm envelopes the deep; and the Universe, void and empty, affords time a contemptuous sleep. As Eternity beckons the planets implode and earth rejects its solitary tree; and ecology’s mess, a worldly disaster, not only to me, not only to me

As Homo sapiens days are expired and the Creator’s plans still unfold, and famines, wars and genocides, are replaced with pleasures untold. As a New Earth is formed with justice and peace, for everyone to see, and Revelations Book is justified, not only for me, not only for me.

No need there is, of sun nor moon, His glory lights up a new sky, and the exalted Holy City, descending as blessing from heaven on high. No death nor sorrow, no crying nor pain, are borne by the joyful free, as transcendent love’s reforming zeal, is allotted to me, not only to me .
